Job Overview:
We’re looking for a virtual assistant to help with event research, customer support, and documentation updates for our customer's dashboards. You will focus on finding profitable Live events (tickets), supporting customers via
Key Responsibilities:
Event Research:
Research and update a list of
Focus on high-demand, popular events while including a few niche opportunities.
Customer Support (
Provide prompt support for customer questions and issues on
Escalate issues in a timely manner and ensure they’re resolved and closed.
Account Updates (Linear):
Assist customers with account updates, notifications, and requests.
Inform customers of available event slots or expiring events as needed.
Documentation & Guides:
Create and update step-by-step guides and a quick-start video for users.
Weekly Communication:
Prepare weekly updates on new features and announcements to be broadcasted
Skills Needed:
- Experience with
- Strong research skills to identify profitable events independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential
- 16GB+ RAM desktop/laptop
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Experience researching events on Ticketmaster & cross checking with secondary is highly desirable (You won't be purchasing any tickets, just researching)
**You are not going to be pulling / purchasing any tickets. This is a purely clerical job**
