Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Data Scraping Specialist to collect and organize data from the following platforms:

Franchise Opportunities
BizBuySell
Franchise Gator
The ideal candidate will have expertise in web scraping, data extraction, and transformation techniques to pull structured information from these sources while ensuring compliance with all site policies and data usage guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement web scraping scripts to extract data from target websites.
Regularly update and maintain data scraping scripts to handle site changes.
Clean and organize data into structured formats (e.g., CSV, JSON).
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the extracted data.
Troubleshoot and optimize scraping performance for reliability.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with web scraping tools and libraries (e.g., Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, Selenium).
Knowledge of ethical data scraping practices and adherence to website terms of service.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:

Google Sheets
Experience scraping data from franchise or business sale websites..
