Webflow Designer & Developer

We are hiring a Webflow designer and developer. We are a web design studio that designs and builds websites from the ground up. This role is responsible for both designing and developing websites using the Webflow platform. The ideal candidate has a blend of design sensibility and technical know-how to bring web projects to life, from initial concept to final implementation. Some projects may be design-only. Some may be development-only. Many will include both design and development.

Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive websites based on detailed creative briefs
- Build on the Webflow platform
- Collaborate with other team members as needed
- Create mock ups for clients
- Maintain existing client websites
- Optimize website performance and SEO
- Meet project deadlines consistently
- Ensure Webflow’s best practices are applied
- Thoroughly test websites and troubleshoot any issues

Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work
- Proficiency in both Figma and Webflow
- Experience using Webflow’s CMS capabilities
- Experience using Slack, Trello, and Google Drive
- Excellent written communication in English
- Reliable internet connection
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Understanding of basic web design best practices

- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Webflow 101 Certification
- Webflow CMS Certification
- Webflow Layouts Level 1 + 2 Certification
- Project management experience

Compensation
