Sales Operator (Real Estate - Lead Generation)

Location: Iriga City, Camarines Sur or surrounding areas
Work Setup: Currently Work from Home (WFH) | Office-Based in January 2025
We are looking for a Sales Operator to join our growing team in the real estate industry! If you are dedicated, eager to learn, and have a passion for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation for real estate clients through texting (calls may be required occasionally)
• Follow up with leads using provided scripts and training
• Achieve sales and lead generation targets
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team
Qualifications:
• Must have experience in a similar role (sales or lead generation)
• Must have a strong American accent
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and easy to learn
• Must reside in Iriga City, Camarines Sur, or nearby areas
• Comfortable with work-from-home setup initially (transitioning to office-based work in January 2025)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting salary of ?25,000 per month
• Salary payments are made bi-weekly, every two weeks, via Wise transfer
• Commission per successful lead, ranging from $50 - $1,000, depending on the quality and success of the lead
