???? Key Responsibilities:

Set Appointments: Use your communication skills to engage potential leads and schedule appointments.
Skip Trace Tools: Leverage skip tracing tools to find valuable leads and expand our database.
Manage Ad & Phone Campaigns: Oversee the creation and management of advertising and phone campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Create Facebook Ads: Use creativity and marketing expertise to craft effective Facebook ads for lead generation.

Energetic & Personable: You have a friendly, engaging personality that makes people feel comfortable.
Reliable: Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet to work from.
Tech-Savvy: Must have a computer and be comfortable using various digital tools and platforms.
Ambitious: You’re willing to grow with the business and take on more responsibilities as we scale.
Flexible Availability: Initially, this position will require around 15 hours per week, with the potential to scale to 40 hours per week as the business expands.
