Web Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Web Designer proficient in Figma to create engaging, user-friendly websites tailored to client needs. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design interactive, responsive, and visually appealing web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype websites using Figma, focusing on interactivity and user engagement.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to align on project goals.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and work well on various devices.
- Work alongside developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with web design trends, UX/UI best practices, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in Figma and responsive design principles.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design, web accessibility, and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS).
- Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
