We are a leading UK accounting and legal firm seeking a motivated and organised Remote Executive Assistant to support our Director. You will play a pivotal role in managing their schedule, communications, and projects, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About You
Experience & Education:
Minimum of 2 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Skills:
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and spoken English, with clear articulation and British spelling/grammar.

Attributes:
Confident and professional phone manner.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate the Director’s needs.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Coordinate the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Email
Management: Organise and manage the Director’s inbox, draft responses, and ensure timely communication.
Document Preparation: Create professional presentations, reports, and other documents.
Filing & Organisation: Maintain an efficient filing system.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including accommodations and meeting spaces.
Expense Management: Track and process expenses in line with company policies.
Research: Compile relevant industry information for decision-making.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with various other tasks as needed.

Work Schedule
UK business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM London, UK
