About Us
We are a growing real estate investment company specializing in land acquisitions. We’re seeking an experienced Launch Control expert to optimize and manage our text messaging operations. This role combines technical expertise with hands-on operational management to drive our lead generation and qualification processes.

Role Overview
As our Launch Control Systems Expert, you’ll be responsible for both the technical setup and daily operations of our text messaging campaigns. This role requires deep knowledge of Launch Control’s capabilities and proven experience creating efficient automation systems that drive results.

Required Experience
- 1-3+ years hands-on experience with Launch Control
- Demonstrated history of creating and optimizing text campaigns
- Experience building automation workflows and integrations
- Strong track record of improving operational efficiency
- Background in real estate or lead generation preferred

Primary Responsibilities
>>Technical:
- Design and implement custom templates and quick reply systems
- Create and maintain automation workflows between Launch Control and Pebble CRM
- Develop and optimize message sequences for different campaign types
- Set up and manage compliance systems and documentation
- Create reporting dashboards and tracking systems
>> Operational:
- Manage daily text campaign operations
- Monitor and respond to incoming messages
- Train and support team members on Launch Control best practices
- Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements
- Maintain high deliverability rates and response rates
- Coordinate with lead intake team to ensure smooth lead handoff

Key Performance Indicators
- Send minimum 2,500 texts per week
- Maintain specified delivery rates
- Track and improve response rates
- Monitor lead qualification rates
- Support deal closure targets
- Achieve system uptime and reliability metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert-level knowledge of Launch Control platform
- Experience with CRM systems (Pebble experience a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to work US business hours (9-5 Eastern Time)
- Experience training others on technical systems
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time preferred (part-time possible initially with path to full-time)
- Base rate: $3.00 per hour
- Quarterly performance bonus (estimated $1,000+ USD per quarter)
- US business hours required (9-5 Eastern Time)
- Regular performance reviews with potential for advancement
