This role would suit people with junior marketing assistant, account executive or media agency
experience. In addition to strategizing for clients, you will also be communicating with these clients to
ensure all needs are understood on a deep level. We will provide full training on our process, SOPs & and best practices... (we've regularly heard feedback that we are the MOST advanced strategic agency our clients have worked with - so expect to learn EVERYTHING to become a digital marketing guru... FAST).

You will be:
- Communicating with, and understanding the needs of clients; answering any questions and updating clients
- Helping to formulate client success strategies and roadmaps to lead their eCommerce campaigns to success. (writing > designing > sharing with client /approval > scheduling > optimising)
- Ensuring the team is adhering to deadlines.
- Including campaign messaging, creative angles, creative approaches, and media distribution of this content with the assistance of a media buyer, creative strategist and project manager.
- Liasing with your execution team of media buyers and creatives, to bring your strategies and ideas into fruition for clients.
- Ensuring client KPis are met to a high standard
- Understanding key accounts metrics and explaining everything to clients through weekly video reports and bi-weekly meetings.
- QA'ing client work before it’s scheduled; grammar, ensuring the
- Helping share your thoughts and experience to help us grow further
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proactive, outgoing, and can-do attitude
- Ideally two years* Commerce/digital marketing experience
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A teamplayer
- A desire to learn of all facets of an eCommerce campaign, including landing pages, creative, advertising, and optimization,
