US - Payroll Specialist

Our company needs Rockstars to join our Payroll Specialist Team ! We offer Very Competitive Salary!

Our company is based in United States. We are the largest virtual accounting firm for small businesses within the US and We love to work with Filipino talents as we make our expansion.

Your role as Payroll Specialist will include:

• Gather information and complete the payroll organizer for assigned clients
• Process state registrations
• Prepare and run all payroll timely
• Upload all pay stubs, reports and year-end documents
• Process taxes and payment of employee benefits through ADP Roll
• Reach out to clients to obtain hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
• Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
• Convert clients into Autopay where applicable

What days/hours will I work?

• Monday – Friday
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST, Full-time job
(Note : this may vary depending on the need of the Team )

How will I be paid?

• Paid weekly via Wise

Requirements for the Job :
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience and relevant bookkeeping experience
-Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with both clients and team members
- Experience with ADP and/or other comparable platforms
-Personable, friendly, and professional demeanor
-Has great initiative and can work independently on assignments
-Ability to work under deadlines
-Proven ability to remain confidential
-Ability to learn our proprietary systems and adapt to new processes
- Diverse Industry experience with small & medium size businesses
- Experience working in payroll firms
-Familiarity with US payroll taxation
-Experience in working remotely and developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices
- have a designated work space free from noise, computer with updated version & capacity , good quality of noise canceling headset
- should be Tech Savvy
- Internet Speed should be at least 20 mbps both for upload & download.
- can work under Time Tracker.
