JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a full-time Real Estate Administrative Assistant. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I already have created training tutorials for you. Working hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

We are starting the interviewing process now, and the job will officially start full time January 6th 2024

1. Two years experience as a real estate assistant is REQUIRED.
2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED.
3. Knowledge of cold calling is a PLUS but not required
4. Marketing skills will be helpful

Pay: $4.00 an hour.
There will be opportunities for bonuses.

You will mainly be:

- Creating & sending legal documents to clients to sign by email
- Uploading properties online to be listed for sale
- Direct communication with active clients
- Other administrative general tasks will be given like editing marketing flyers, videos,
managing a calendar, and so on.

About me:
I own a real estate company in Los Angeles, California. Our company, “Property Provider
Group,” sells around 25 homes a year and we are looking to grow that to 100 homes within the
next 2 years. I am looking for someone to grow with long-term.
