Experienced Wedding Photo Editor - Adobe Lightroom Classic, Imagen AI, AfterShoot AI

Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and skilled photo editor specializing in wedding photography to join us on a job-to-job basis. Our workflow relies on precision and an eye for detail, and we’re looking for someone adept with Lightroom Classic, Imagine AI, and AfterShoot AI. You’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver high-quality, polished photo edits that meet the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit Wedding Photos: Complete approximately 50 wedding edits per year. Workloads will vary by season, with busier times requiring more commitment. This is a project-based role with work allocated as needed.
Software Proficiency: MUST be experienced with and be able to follow this process:
1. Aftershoot AI > Culling & exporting
2. Imagen AI > Base Coat of Editing
3. Lightroom Classic > Final editing & re-touching

Editing Skills:
Spot Removal: Proficient in using AI tools to remove spots, red-eye correction, and other minor imperfections.
Cropping and Framing: Confident with cropping techniques that enhance photo composition.
Color & Exposure Adjustments: Adjust white balance, exposure, contrast, and color corrections to ensure each image is beautifully balanced.
Requirements:
Experience Level: Candidates should have a solid background in editing high-end wedding photography and a deep understanding of maintaining consistency across large galleries.
Attention to Detail: Able to notice and perfect small details in every image.
Job Structure: This is a flexible, project-based role. You’ll work as needed, without a fixed monthly payment.
