Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will craft and execute a robust marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, and content creation, using an analytical approach to maximize performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and other key digital platforms to meet brand and lead generation objectives.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Lead SEO initiatives to improve search engine rankings and visibility, including keyword research, on-page and off-page strategies, and performance tracking.
- Social Media Management: Build and maintain a strong social media presence by creating, curating, and scheduling high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others. Provide actionable insights and recommend optimizations based on data.
- Content Creation and Brand Consistency: Produce and oversee content creation, including blog posts, graphics, and social media updates. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and supports business objectives.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with our broader business goals and act as a point of contact for any marketing-related initiatives.
- Video Editing and Production: Support video content creation, from basic editing to assisting with production for social media and other marketing channels as needed.
- Website Management: Use Webflow or other content management systems to maintain and update the website, ensuring content and landing pages are optimized for user experience and lead conversion.

Qualifications:

- Digital Advertising Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp, focusing on performance-based marketing.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and industry tools.
- Social Media Proficiency: Hands-on experience in social media management, including content creation, community engagement, and growth strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance-tracking software to measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
- Content Creation Skills: Strong writing and visual content creation abilities, with an eye for compelling and brand-aligned graphics.
- Time Management and Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Video Editing and Web Management: Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) and content management systems like Webflow.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative spirit and the ability to convey marketing concepts effectively.
