Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to oversee both the front-end and back-end operations of our credit repair services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client documentation, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring the timely tracking of all dispute progress.
Monthly Salary: $800.00 per mo. + potential bonuses
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week, contingent on work availability (overtime may be req.)
Schedule: Mon- Friday 9AM- 5pm EST (US Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare dispute letters addressed to credit bureaus and creditors.
- File complaints with organizations such as the FTC, CFPB, BBB, and others.
- Manage and update client files, credit reports, and dispute progress records.
- Review and analyze credit reports from various sources (e.g., IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, Credit Karma, Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, mortgage credit reports) to identify inaccuracies and strategize solutions.
- Effectively remove negative items from credit reports, including late payments, collections, charge-offs, bankruptcies (Chapters 7, 11, 13), repossessions, tax liens, foreclosures, negative student loans, child support, and unwarranted hard inquiries.
- Call/communice with credit bureaus to update client personal information and monitor dispute status.
- Apply compliance practices such as Metro 2 and engage in assertive disputing when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, and general internet navigation.
- Ability to use VPNs and Proxies.
- Strong ability to analyze credit reports and offer practical, actionable advice to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.

- Capable of working independently and remotely, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to self reflect, analyze your own strengths and weaknesses, and build/work on them.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a legal or compliance-related environment.
- Previous experience working in a credit repair or financial services company.
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and clarity.
