About the Role
The HR Generalist (Employee Relations) helps make the workplace enjoyable and ensures good relationships between employees and managers. They organize activities to keep everyone engaged, handle conflicts, and make sure company rules are followed. This person works under the HR Team Lead and collaborates with different parts of the HR department and other stakeholders to solve any employee or management issues.

Job Responsibilities
1. Employee Discipline:
- Communicate policies concerning Human Resources particular to employee relations.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement employee relations strategies including policies, programs and procedures to support the fulfillment of the Company’s business goals.
- Support the education of the workforce on the Company Code of Conduct and Ethics through orientation and information campaigns.
- Manage the proper administration and monitoring and administrative cases, solving employee issues by conducting investigations, interviews, and gathering of related documents in partnership with relevant departments to resolve disputes.
- Coordinate the tracking and monitoring of the status of employee relations issues.
- Provide guidance to leaders in interpreting human resource and management policies.
- Support in grievance procedures.

2. Labor Compliance:
- Review documents and reports necessary to comply with Labor Standards, Occupational Health and Safety and Local Ordinances.
- Support the department in preparation of documents and necessary requirements in compliance to all statutory and regulatory compliances.
- Evaluate and conduct regular reviews of Labor and government issuances to adapt them to our operations.
- Maintain relevant metrics and reports pertaining to compliance.
- Craft communication plans for handling labor-sensitive matters such as separation by employer, organizational restructuring, process or policy changes and similar initiatives.
- Participates and attends seminars and workshops to be updated about the changes in the employment and labor law
