E-commerce business specializing in selling aquatic plants across multiple platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy. With years of experience in the aquatic plant industry, this company is dedicated to providing top-quality live aquatic plants for aquariums and ponds.

Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management:
Create and manage product listings, update inventory, and ensure the store runs smoothly.
SEO Optimization:
Implement and track SEO strategies (H1/H2/H3 tags, meta descriptions, etc.) to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries, manage returns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis:
Track key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Cross-platform Listings: Assist with maintaining product listings on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and other platforms.

Tools You'll Use:
Shopify , SellBrite , ShipStation, Aftership, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets
