JOB OVERVIEW

DO Well (dowellht.com) is looking for a versatile and motivated Virtual Assistant to manage Customer Service and Appointment Setting tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional service across all customer touchpoints.

**Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, video calls, email, and chat to promptly resolve customer issues.
- Reach out to the list of prospects and clients to support them and handle appointment scheduling. Follow up as needed to ensure seamless coordination.
- Support clients over the phone, addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media, maintaining the company’s reputation with quick, courteous responses.
- Execute administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and updating customer databases.
- Support internal teams with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
- Quickly and professionally address customer queries, escalating when necessary.
-Perform additional customer service and administrative tasks as required.

**Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time (EST).

**Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience supporting clients over the phone in customer service or appointment setting.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms (training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new challenges.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
