We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our online presence along with our In-House Marketing Coordinator, including our website, landing pages, enrollment pages and SEO strategy.
They will also collaborate with our Marketing Coordinator, VP, web developers and may have input or additional responsibilities relating to:
- social media content
- ad spend and ad copy
The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and possess a strong background in digital marketing, with the ability to create and execute strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Some Responsibilities May Include:
Website Management:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the Finray Solar website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for user experience.
Collaborate with management to implement updates, new features, and improvements.
Monitor website performance, analytics, and user behavior to continuously enhance functionality and content.
SEO Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.
Monitor and report on SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategy as needed.
Social Media Management:
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g.,
Develop and implement social media campaigns aligned with Finray Solar’s goals and values.
Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Content Creation:
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and infographics.
Ensure all content aligns with Finray Solar’s brand voice and messaging.
Optimize content for SEO and social media to maximize reach and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media metrics.
Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
Use data insights to inform decision-making and optimize digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing (ads copy); plus some experience in website management, SEO, and social media.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.ppc
Familiarity with paid search (PPC) and online advertising.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
English Proficiency.
