Are you a tech-savvy individual with a knack for HighLevel? We're seeking a skilled HighLevel Specialist to join our support team! You don't need to be an expert, but you need to have a decent understanding of HighLevel. We can teach the right people. We promote from within, and we have an extensive training program to teach you all the in's and outs of how to use HighLevel.

You will need to be willing to learn a lot, and learn fast.

We provide white label support & onboarding to HighLevel agencies, through live chat, Zoom Support, Phone Support and a ticketing system.

Requirements:

- NON-NEGOTIIABLE - Must be available for whatever shift you are hired for. You will not be permitted to change shifts until you are fully trained.
- Fluent English communication skills
- Detailed understanding and working knowledge of HighLevel (GHL)
- Reliable internet connection, a functional computer, webcam, and a quiet workspace
- Proficiency in setting up Workflow Automations, Email & SMS Marketing Campaigns, Funnels, and Websites using HighLevel
- Ability to explain GHL intricacies to clients if required
- Experience with new client setups within a White Label HighLevel account
- Comfortable conducting client meetings via Zoom
- Slack & ClickUp Experience is a major plus
