==What You’ll Be Doing==

[x] Edit and produce short-form video ads optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
[x] Use b-roll, sound effects, background music, and motion graphics to enhance video quality and engagement.
[x] Add English captions and other on-screen text to improve accessibility and audience retention.
[x] Collaborate with the team to align video content with brand messaging and creative direction.
[x] Continuously refine and test new editing techniques to improve performance across platforms.
[x] Maintain a fast turnaround time on edits to support rapid content production.

[x] You have a portfolio or proven track record of creating highly engaging video ads.
[x] You’re proficient in video editing software like Premiere Pro & After Effects.
[x] You know how to effectively use b-roll, sound effects, and motion graphics to elevate storytelling.
[x] You’re skilled in adding accurate English captions and on-screen text that enhance the viewer experience.
[x] You’re detail-oriented and capable of meeting quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
