We run a fast-growing E-Commerce business with plans to expand into new markets. Currently, we operate in one market, but as our company evolves, we anticipate growing across multiple regions. This is an exciting opportunity to join our small and dynamic team, where we value commitment and exceptional customer service.

About the Position:

This is a Customer Support role designed for someone who can follow a structured process while proactively identifying solutions that delight our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate individual with a professional attitude to handle customer inquiries and ensure each interaction reflects our brand's values.

Required Skills and Platform Knowledge:

DeepL (for translations between English and French)
ChatGPT (to assist in drafting customer responses)
Slack or Discord (for team communication)
Shopify (our eCommerce platform)
G-Suite (G-mail)
Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Report on refunds and complaints.
Respond to customer emails about refunds, tracking, and FAQs.
Contribute to documentation and improve support processes.

Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed within a 24-hour timeframe.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in every interaction.

We Will Provide:

Ongoing support from our Lead Customer Support to answer any questions.

Applicant Requirements:

Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Responses to customers will be in French, so familiarity with translation tools (DeepL) is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Customer Support.
Availability: Must be initially available for part-time hours, with the expectation of full-time (40 hours per week) within the next month.
Mindset: Organized, motivated, and committed to professional growth.
Immediate Availability: Ready to join as soon as possible.
