Job Description:
In this role, you’ll handle outbound cold calls, book demos, and qualify leads across multiple industries. Using call scripts, you’ll answer questions, qualify leads, and follow up through
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to schedule demos with prospects across industries, including cybersecurity and software.
- Sales Support: Utilize provided call scripts to engage with prospects, answer questions, and qualify leads for demo scheduling.

- Admin Support: Document call outcomes and updates in Notion and other tracking platforms.
Tools You Will Use:
- Notion: For activity tracking, call scripts, and documentation.
- GlenCoco: Outbound calling platform.
- Google Suite (G Suite): For document management and collaboration.
- ChatGPT: For drafting follow-up
- Client-Provided Leads: Initial leads will be provided through GlenCoco, with potential for independent lead generation in the future.
Work Schedule:
Hours: 20 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours based on performance.
Tentative Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday, allowing for peak hours to connect with leads.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Key Qualities: Strong verbal communication skills, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and a fast learner.
- Experience: Background in sales or cold calling is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training materials will be provided.
Training and Onboarding:
- Training Materials: Extensive resources available in Notion, including product overviews, call scripts, and scenario-handling guides.
- Onboarding Process: Initial interviews will be conducted by Gracie, with a final interview by Adam to evaluate communication skills and fit.
Non-Negotiables:
Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
Must work during designated US-based hours (9:30 AM - 1:30 PM EST).
