Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and generate leads for our recruitment company. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, skilled in content creation, social media, and analytics, and ready to take on a role where they can make a meaningful impact on our brand and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- **Social Media Management:** Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to messages.
- **Content Creation:** Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, graphics, and videos, to engage potential clients and candidates while strengthening brand awareness.
- **Email Marketing:** Plan and execute targeted email campaigns, focusing on nurturing leads, client engagement, and promoting company news and job openings.
- **SEO & SEM:** Optimize website content for search engines, and manage PPC and Google Ads campaigns to improve visibility and attract leads.
- **Analytics & Reporting:** Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, using insights to adjust strategies and optimize for better results.
- **Website Management:** Update and manage website content to ensure an engaging user experience, aligned with branding and optimized for conversions.
- **Brand Development:** Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to ensure a consistent voice and image across all digital channels.
- **Campaign Coordination:** Collaborate with recruitment consultants and team members to align digital marketing efforts with recruitment needs and company goals.
- **Trends & Innovations:** Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing advancements, and competitor activities, identifying opportunities to improve our digital presence.

**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the recruitment or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, PPC, and digital advertising strategies.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
