Virtual Medical Scribe (Pre-Chart Preparation)

The Virtual Medical Scribe (Pre-Chart Preparation) is a crucial member of the clinical team at Enara Health, responsible for preparing patient charts ahead of medical appointments and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete prior to the visit. This position also involves documenting group class notes to support our members’ progress. You will work closely with the medical provider team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of clinical documents, enhancing the efficiency and quality of patient care. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated individual to support our physicians and clinical staff, providing high-quality care through seamless documentation.

Key Responsibilities
? Prepare provider charts ahead of scheduled appointments, ensuring all relevant medical information is reviewed, summarized, and ready for use.
? Accurately document patient history, including history of present illness, review of systems, past medical and surgical histories, family and social histories, medications, and allergies.
? Review and select key data from lab results and other medical documents to include in patient notes.
? Develop and maintain templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to providers' charting preferences.
? Collaborate effectively with other departments and maintain clear, professional communication with providers.

Qualifications
? Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a medical scribe.
? Experience in Primary Care, Endocrinology, or Obesity Medicine.
