Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry & Transaction Recording:
Input and update financial transactions within Microsoft Business Central, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Bank Reconciliation:
Reconcile company bank accounts and credit card statements, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• General Ledger Support:
Assist in maintaining the general ledger, including posting journal entries and assisting with month-end close procedures.
• Financial Reporting:
Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements using Business Central.
• Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using Microsoft Business Central and/or 5 years Quickbook plus 3 years Oracle.
• Skills:
o Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central, including transaction processing, reporting, and data management.
o Experience with Excel. (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formatting)
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
