Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Listing Management: Create, edit, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, images, and other product information.
- Content Creation: Write engaging and informative product descriptions that highlight features and benefits, aligning with the brand’s tone and style.
- Image Management: Select, edit, and upload high-quality product images, ensuring they meet platform guidelines and visually represent the product effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly review listings for errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information, making adjustments as necessary to maintain accuracy.
- Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure stock levels are accurately reflected in product listings.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of product listings, analyze conversion rates, and make recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
- Primary tasks will include POS data management, inventory coordination, report generation, and franchise support (e.g., order processing, client communications).
- Follow a structured reporting process to inform the onshore team of task statuses, potential issues, and critical updates.
- Create Sales Reports – extracting data from POS converting into excel

- Direct Mail to customers using different web providers
- Support for Licensing and Inventory Coordination:
- Handle licensing fee tracking and support the franchisees with ordering, ensuring clear and regular communication about - stock availability and ordering processes.
- Invoicing and order processing for wholesale customers (primarily franchise stores) will be a significant part of the role.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in e-commerce, specifically with online selling businesses
- Knowledge of using POS (Point-of-Sales) System is required
- Strong design background, particularly in ecommerce/digital channels is a must
- Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop or Canva) for image optimization
- Has excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings and updates efficiently.
- Has the ability to work at pace and be agile enough to change plans at short notice
- Knows how to manage multiple pieces of work and deliver on time to a high standard
- Can work independently but can also work with a team
- Good critical thinking skills and open to feedback
- With strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to use a time-tracking tool
- Preferably can start ASAP
- Amenable to work 30 hrs per week during the 2-week training period

- Monthly rate from PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000
