looking for professional full time virtual assistant

My name is Joan , Founder of Colorido socks printer in China . We are looking for an English - speaking assistant. The requirements are as follows:
1. The assistant should be highly proficient in English. need write some articles based on our products .
2. be able to search for clients effectively on Google,
3.Be familiar with social media ,can find clients from there .
4. must be at least 160 hours every month .
5.Accept timedoctor to track your working hours . The salary will be paid according to your performance , and there will be rewards for outstanding performance . Work without tracking no salary .
