JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a personal wellness brand seeking a talented video editor to create high-quality, engaging, and cheeky video ads for social media. You’ll work with provided clips, voiceovers, and scripts to create captivating, sales-driven content that’s bold and entertaining. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative challenges and can deliver videos that feel both polished and playful.

Responsibilities:

- Edit raw footage to produce short, 10-30 second social media ads that showcase our intimate, personal wellness products in a tasteful, high-energy style.
- Source additional footage for specific ad concepts (e.g., attention-grabbing intros).
- Apply color grading, motion graphics, sound effects, and text overlays to enhance visual appeal.
- Use visual hooks to maximize engagement metrics like hook rate and hold rate.
- Maintain brand consistency with smooth transitions, vibrant color, and subtle effects.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating high-quality social media ads for platforms like TikTok and Facebook.
- Strong portfolio showcasing skills in color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and transitions.
- Understanding of marketing metrics, including hook rate and hold rate.
- Ability to work creatively with minimal guidance while aligning with the brand’s cheeky and bold tone.
- Experience with UGC-style video editing is a plus.

Additional Information:
