Position Overview:
The SEO Specialist will take ownership of the SEO strategy and execution for our network of websites. This is a part-time, remote position that offers the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for multiple websites, focusing on organic growth and improved search engine rankings.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content strategies.
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, images, and internal links.
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure site health and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to enhance site architecture and UX from an SEO perspective.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and competitive edge.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in SEO, preferably within a media, broadcasting, or content-driven company.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and act on data insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
