For a Marketing Agency, we are seeking a skilled Product Research Expert to join our team. This role requires a knowledgeable professional who can help identify profitable products for our eCommerce stores on Shopify (Amazon experience is a bonus). The Product Research Expert will conduct in-depth market research, provide actionable insights, and assist in the continuous growth of our product portfolio.


Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research to identify trending and profitable products for Shopify stores
Analyze product demand, competition, and profitability in target markets
Evaluate customer needs and pain points to identify product opportunities
Develop data-driven recommendations for product listing and pricing strategies
Collaborate on product sourcing and supplier negotiations
Monitor and report on product performance metrics to optimize selection
Stay up-to-date with trends in eCommerce and dropshipping to identify new product ideas
Assist in preparing detailed product descriptions and SEO-optimized content
Administrative tasks (data analysis, filling documents, handling Excel sheets)

Required Skills
Proven work experience in product research for Shopify (Amazon experience is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and experience with product research tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar) and ability to come up with new research methods
Understanding of Shopify platform features and best practices
Knowledge of SEO and keyword research for product listings
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong attention to detail
