We are a newly born e-commerce brand that sells products to stop snoring and sleep better. We launched the brand in Europe at the beginning of 2024 and we have scaled to 7 figures in just a couple of months.
We are looking for passionate and caring Customer Support Agents to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service across all platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. You'll ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

**Compensation:**
We offer a starting rate of $5/hour, with a minimum of 2 hours per day, guaranteeing at least $300 per month. Plus, you can earn more based on the volume of support tickets you handle.
There is the possibility of a full-time position if you are really good and putting in the work
Up to 40 hours per week.
