Researcher/ AI Scriptwriter

Hello!

My name is Gray, and I am looking for an Scriptwriter/AI Synthesizer for my YouTube Channel focused on Black History and Black Culture.

I am looking for someone who is experienced writing scripts specifically for LONG FORM YOUTUBE VIDEOS, and can craft a compelling and fascinating story to capture the attention of viewers. I am also looking for someone who will research topics for video topics, including looking at online sources to get a better understanding of a specific subject matter before you begin to plug in sources into our AI tool!


My current expectations:
-Can produce 2 quality scripts a week, approximately 2500-3500 words each with the help of AI writing tool https://subscribr.ai/ (I will pay for the service, and explain to you how it works.)
-Is familiar with the Youtube space, knows how to write killer hooks throughout a script to entertain and captivate an audience and get that retention graph up
-Can spot when an AI script starts reusing the same content, and can change AI scripts to make it sound more authentic, genuine and human :)
-Can incorporate hyperlinks to assets within the script to help provide a vision for the editor
-Knows how to incorporate a CTA into the script to help get people to subscribe
-Works well in a team environment, can collaborate with others and is nice :)
-Is willing to meet with the team every weekend to give updates on their progress and discuss channel strategy!

Starting pay for this position is $300 USD a month, or approximately $37.50 USD per video with the opportunity to make more money in the future.
