Job Opening: Supply Chain Manager (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced and organized Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing our order processes and resolving any supply chain issues. You’ll ensure our customers always receive the best service and that orders are handled promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities:
Resolving Order Issues:

Address Errors: Collaborate with Customer Service (CS) to contact customers and correct address details.
Product or Variant Availability: Find alternatives when products or sizes are out of stock, and immediately instruct for the removal of out-of-stock items from our stores.
Unprocessed Orders: Regularly follow up with suppliers to obtain updates and minimize delays.
Refund Management:

Manage refunds and ensure customers are promptly and correctly assisted.
Oversee pending refunds from suppliers and handle them accordingly.
Customer Communication:

Reach out to customers to address order issues, providing clear and timely follow-ups.
Inform customers and provide updates within the established timeframes.
Order Monitoring:

Check shipment statuses via tools like the Parcel Panel app and prioritize delayed orders.
Provide daily updates on the status of all stores and share important information.
Chargeback Prevention:

Proactively resolve issues to ensure orders are fully processed within 7 days.
Collaborate closely with management to minimize risks.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or dropshipping.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers, customer service, and suppliers.
Organizational skills: Ability to oversee multiple stores and orders simultaneously.
Familiarity with tools like Shopify and Parcel Panel is a plus.
