Job Title: Online Chat Support Agent (Full-time)

Compensation: $3 per hour + 3% commission on sales

Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and charismatic individuals to work as full-time Online Chat Support Agents. In this role, you will engage in various types of conversations and interactions with clients, selling a variety of products and services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable adopting a female persona and communicating in a way that is engaging, entertaining, and persuasive.

Responsibilities:

Participate in engaging online chats with clients while promoting and selling various products and services
Maintain a consistent and professional tone, with the ability to adapt and behave as a particular persona during conversations
Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously with a focus on high-quality communication

Requirements:

Must be available full-time (8 hours per day, 7 days a week)
Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on creativity and rapport-building
Ability to act and communicate persuasively as a particular persona
Prior experience in chat-based support or sales is a plus
