About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project management tools, specifically ClickUp (certification preferred). This role is designed for someone who is committed to optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and supporting team alignment across multiple projects. We want someone who can serve as a thought partner, helping us to refine and grow our systems for the long term.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate projects across various departments, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Leverage ClickUp to organize tasks, manage project timelines, and optimize workflows.
• Develop, document, and refine project management processes and standard operating procedures.
• Track and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify areas for process improvement.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential project risks to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of ClickUp (ClickUp certification preferred).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with a “get the job done” attitude.
