What we do:
We are a concierge accounting firm serving the home service and trades industry. Our referrals are all word of mouth, we have a client waiting list for onboarding. This is our fifth-year, and we still have every client we started the business with. We do things differently. It’s all about relationships and serving with excellence. We build and create solutions for our clients to have a better experience with their data and accounting. We also source talent directly to our US clients.
What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition
? Source & Attract Talent: Use creative sourcing techniques to find top talent, from job boards to social media and everything in between. You’ll be an ambassador for ProfitWorks and excited to share our story.
? Engage & Nurture: Develop lasting relationships with potential candidates, maintaining a pipeline of enthusiastic and qualified talent ready to join when the time is right.
? Interview & Select: Conduct initial interviews, assessing both skills and culture fit.
Onboarding & Culture
? Support a Smooth Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding sessions to welcome new tea
? Enhance Company Culture: Be a champion of our culture, planning events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
People Management & Development
? Guide Growth: Assist managers and tea
? Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for tea
? Performance Management Support: Work with HR and leadership to provide feedback and resources to help our people thrive in their roles.
HR Operations
? Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, and help track recruitment metrics and employee feedback to support continuous improvement.
? Assist with Policies & Procedures: Support the development and communication of people-related policies that keep our team informed and empowered.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience: 2-3 years in recruitment or people operations roles; experience with full-cycle recruitment and employee relations is a plus.
-Empathy & Integrity: You build trust easily and have a genuine interest in others’ well-being, with a keen sense of fairness and confidentiality.
-Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, capable of connecting with candidates and employees alike.
-Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
-Creativity & Initiative: You bring fresh ideas and solutions, always looking for ways to make our people experience even better.
