Mortgage broker Processor

Responsibilities:


We have over 1600 leads .. not all would called at once but during the slow time ( like now ) . Must be willing to call leads. We do alot of text, email and calls to clients for follow up on documents and for them to complete an application. work M-F 9a - 5p ( PST)

Handle initial disclosures, issue Loan Estimates (LE), and Closing Disclosures (CD) according to TRID rules.
Work with title companies to secure and update title fees, ensuring all documents are correct and current.
Ensure smooth communication among borrowers, underwriters, loan originators, and other parties to facilitate a seamless closing process.
Oversee the timelines and deadlines of multiple loan files, making sure all required documents are processed on schedule.
Keep loan files up-to-date in the loan origination system and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:

Deep understanding of mortgage products, loan processing, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements, especially TRID.
Skilled in file disclosures, sending LE and CD, with familiarity in the entire closing process.
Excellent organizational abilities with the skill to effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in all processing activities.
