What We’re Looking For:
We are in search of motivated individuals who exhibit a high degree of dedication and ambition. Candidates should possess reliability, trustworthiness, emotional intelligence, and loyalty from the outset.

You should be familiar with the basic functionalities of the platform. More importantly, you must be able to understand and empathise with others, facilitating meaningful conversations and conveying emotions effectively through text (social competence/intelligence).

Benefits and Working Conditions:
Successful sales are rewarded with competitive commissions in addition to a strong base salary. Exceptional performance is acknowledged with bonus payments. We provide compensation twice monthly, on the 1st and the middle of the month.

We use scripts and automation software (CreatorHero) to streamline tasks, but expect full effort and engagement in chats. Our agency operates a significant professional account and offers high salaries, thus we seek top-tier candidates. A comprehensive application is required; incomplete applications will not be considered.

Our team operates 24/7 across three shifts: 7AM-3PM (PH time), 3PM-11PM (PH time), and 11PM-7AM (PH time). We are currently recruiting for the 3 PM- 11PM shift. However, shifts are performance-based, and demonstrating your abilities can lead to more favorable hours. We provide personalised 1:1 training until you are proficient and comfortable handling tasks independently.
