We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Operations Assistant with a strong background in Real Estate support. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, marketing, and client support to a busy Real Estate professional. Your exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and California-based Real Estate experience will be key to managing day-to-day tasks and driving the success of the business.

What You’ll Do:
Manage the executive’s calendar and schedule appointments, ensuring no conflicts.
Handle email correspondence and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Prepare and organize key documents, including contracts and proposals.
Perform data entry and database management to keep information current.
Conduct property and neighborhood research as needed.
Oversee social media account management and engagement.
Create and format presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
Assist with content creation and support marketing initiatives.
Manage email marketing campaigns and online property listings.
Respond to client inquiries and manage requests promptly.
Schedule property showings and open houses, ensuring smooth coordination.
Prepare client presentations and provide general support for client needs.

Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Experience managing social media platforms, including content posting and engagement.
Ability to work independently, proactively addressing needs without micromanagement.
High attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks on time.
Solid experience as a Real Estate VA/EA, with a background supporting high-level executives.
Familiarity with California Real Estate regulations and industry knowledge is a a Must.

Time Commitment: Part-Time (20 hours per week) PST timezone
