Marketplace Advertising Specialist

We are hiring a Marketplace Advertising Specialist to be responsible for PPC advertising on several lines of our business with a strong emphasis on Amazon Sponsored Ads. The Marketplace Advertising Specialist must be a strategic thinker who is comfortable working cross-functionally and managing hundreds of campaigns simultaneously across different product categories.
Responsibilities
Perform keyword research and optimize keyword bids on Amazon Vendor Central and other marketplaces to maximize visibility while maintaining profit goals.
Identify and respond to internal product manager’s concerns and growth opportunities.
Work closely with Sales and Logistics teams to coordinate advertising with inventory position and promotions.
Ensure online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment.
Monitor budgets and track KPIs.
Desired Characteristics for Applicants
Proven experience managing pay per click (PPC) campaigns, particularly Amazon Advertising
Highly analytical and detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Need to be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.)
Experience with Bulk Operations
