Virtual CSR/Assistant

We are growing our team! We are urgently looking for reliable CSR VAs to join our growing team!

WHO WE ARE:
We are a US-based HVAC and plumbing company operating since 1997. We currently have 10 amazing remote employees from the Philippines who do various tasks in accounting, admin, and customer service and they've been working with us for several years!

We require reliable VAs who:
• can help the call center department meet its goals by handling daily inbound and outbound calls;
• can manage leads and book service appointments for our customers via phone, chat, or email;
• can work effectively with a team of CSRs (PH and US-based), managers and technicians;
• can do administrative tasks as may be required; and
• genuinely cares about the customer and is not looking for “just a job”, but a career.

We are looking for 1 CSR VA to work full-time immediately.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. Having CSR experience is a plus!
• Proficient in using computer applications. If you know Service Titan and Trainual, that is another plus!
• Highly reliable and self-motivated.
• Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction and a great team player!
