Virtual CSR/Assistant

We're currently expanding our network of trusted HVAC and plumbing companies, and we're seeking reliable CSRs to join us!

We require reliable VAs who:
• can help the call center department meet its goals by handling daily inbound and outbound calls;
• can manage leads and book service appointments for our customers via phone, chat, or email;
• can work effectively with a team of CSRs (PH and US-based), managers and technicians;
• can do administrative tasks as may be required; and
• genuinely cares about the customer and is not looking for “just a job”, but a career.

We are looking for CSRs to work full-time immediately.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. Having CSR experience is a plus!
• Proficient in using computer applications. If you know Service Titan, that is another plus!
• Highly reliable and self-motivated.
• Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction and a great team player!
