Full-Time Cold Caller/Appointment Setter for Janitorial and Commercial Cleaning Services

Pay Rate: $3.10/hour + $10 Per lead + an additional $65 for every 5 leads

This role is pivotal in driving our clients businesses forward by identifying potential clients and setting appointments for their sales team.
Job Description:
The Cold Caller/Appointment Setter will be an integral part of our sales team, focusing on generating new leads by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a persistent attitude towards achieving sales targets. If you have a knack for sales and enjoy the challenge of turning a 'no' into a 'yes,' we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our janitorial and commercial cleaning services.
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services to encourage appointments.
Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments set in our CRM system.
Achieve or exceed monthly targets for appointments set.
Follow up with potential leads as necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role in sales; experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not required.
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
Resilience and the ability to handle rejection without getting discouraged.
Good organizational skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
High level of self-motivation and discipline to work effectively in a remote setting.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Compensation:
Hourly rate of $3.10. Hourly rate increases 10% every 3 months.
Commission: A commission of $10 for each confirmed lead + an additional commission of $65 for every 5 leads
