Airtable Custom Coding and Automation Rockstar!

We’re seeking a Custom Coder and Airtable Automation Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong technical skills in Airtable scripting and automation. You will play a key role in rebuilding, optimizing, and automating our Airtable databases, creating seamless workflows, and enhancing our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom scripts to enhance Airtable Automation functionality, ensuring our workflows run smoothly and effectively.
Rebuild and optimize Airtable Bases, views, and automations to improve usability and functionality.
Integrate Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or other automation tools to connect Airtable with various platforms and streamline processes.
Collaborate with our team to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions.
Maintain and troubleshoot automations, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Document workflows, scripts, and processes for future reference.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with Airtable scripting and advanced automation setup.
Expertise in Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or similar tools for integration and automation.
Strong understanding of relational database structures and best practices.
Ability to write, debug, and optimize custom scripts (e.g., JavaScript for Airtable).
Experience in rebuilding and optimizing Airtable Bases and views.
A problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to work closely with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with additional automation platforms or tools.
Basic knowledge of APIs and webhooks.
Experience with project management tools integrated into Airtable.
