Klaviyo Project Manager

Our agency is expanding! We are an email marketing agency based in the US that is growing and looking to hire an experienced project manager who is familiar with Klaviyo to collaborate with our existing team and manage our clients & projects.

We work with dozens of American and international e-commerce brands, ranging from cannabis companies, jewelry, clothing, consumer packaged goods, technology brands, and more.

We’re looking to hire an experienced Klaviyo Expert & Project Manager who can handle the day-to-day management of projects and collaborate with other team members to ensure the agency runs smoothly.

Your tasks will include:
- Client Communication: Fully understand client needs & requirements and maintain regular communication through Slack.
- Daily Project Oversight: Monitor the day-to-day progress of email marketing projects across several clients.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work with our Copy and Design teams to ensure email content is developed according to schedule.
- Quality Control: Review all emails to confirm they fit brand guidelines and tone.
- Daily Updates: Provide updates to the executive team about project status, potential challenges, and solutions.

Qualities needed for this role include:

- Klaviyo experience.
- Copywriting familiarity.
- Design familiarity.
- Excellent English & grammar.
- Excellent organization & communication skills.
