BOOKKEEPING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT to assist a Property Management Company in their day to day tasks and increase their capacity to grow their business.
Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks and Buildium to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
Process payroll and maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies.
Track and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Generate and send invoices to clients promptly.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, ideally within a cleaning or property management company.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Buildium software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and tea
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred.
Experience with virtual bookkeeping and remote work environments is a plus
This is what we currently use:
We're seeking an intermediate-level bookkeeper to assist with financial reporting for our property management company. The ideal candidate will have experience with Buildium and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate P/L statements, reconciled balance sheets, and owner statements for 4-6 clients monthly
Reconcile transactions in Buildium to generate the above statements
Collaborate with tea
Login to QBO independently to retrieve required data
Requirements:
Intermediate experience with Buildium and QuickBooks Online
Proficiency in creating financial statements and reconciliations
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets for collaboration
Available for 10 hours per week initially (may decrease over time)
Project Details:
3-month contract with possibility of extension based on performance
Regular meetings with tea
