JOB OVERVIEW

GENERAL ADMIN ROCKSTARVA to undertake a variety of tasks including research, marketing, accounting, and general administrative duties on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, quick learning abilities, independent judgment, and effective workload management. Candidates should be self-motivated, trustworthy, and dedicated with excellent comprehension skills.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Experience in Basic Marketing, Content Creation, and Social Media Management
Basic knowledge of accounting
Proficient with high attention to detail
Produces work with a high level of accuracy
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Fast learner who can work with minimal supervision
Resourceful and proactive

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as the point of contact and communicate on behalf of the CEO via phone calls or emails
Manage information flow accurately and promptly
Schedule and manage executives’ calendars and meetings
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure deadlines are met
Screen and direct phone calls; distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain files and documents
Manage email correspondence
Calendar management and appointment scheduling
Build and maintain a database of contacts
Provide customer service to clients


Add:
Experience using HubSpot (CRM) and managing entry and taking ownership of system
Calendar Cross Management amongst business partners
Making reservations - assisting partners
Communication - Email & Slack
Availability (Early Mornings Eastern Time)
Experience with Zoom, Gmail, Calendly
