Job Overview:
We’re seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team and elevate Janie Health’s digital presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruitment marketing, driving engagement, creating compelling content, and managing our social media platforms. You’ll work remotely, collaborating closely with our sales, talent, and client success teams to build awareness of our services and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,
-Create and curate engaging content (including graphics, captions, and short videos) that reflects Janie Health’s brand and values.
-Monitor social media trends in the healthcare and recruitment industries, and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
-Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall company goals.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in healthcare or recruitment.
-Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create visually appealing content.
-Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
-Creative, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
