RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with executives and employees on the overall brand creation, message, and visual graphics
Edit, create, and/or maintain graphic design content for branded communications and marketing, Package Design, Instruction Manuals, POP displays, and all other printed media.
Assist in photo editing for website & other print materials
Collaborate with the Creative Services staff to develop design concepts for Flyers, Emails, and other
Create digital posts, banners, and icons for use across our social platforms
Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
Receive feedback from the Creative staff and make necessary changes
Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed
Research/Create/Maintain digital asset management platform (DAM) to upload, tag, and store digital assets
Experience in creating visual concepts and design layouts
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative work
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Desired: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
REQUIREMENTS:
Art/Design education required
At least 3 years hands-on experience
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Develop graphics, images, animations, videos, and designs
Understand core design principles, color theory, typography, composition, logo and visual identity, motion graphics, and spatial dynamics (layout)
Demonstrated ability to progress on multiple projects and timelines at once

100% Remote Employment
Flexible working schedule
Equity Compensation (full-time employees only)
BONUS 13th Month Pay plus potentially more
Hourly Compensation for Part-Time roles
$5-$8/Hr USD based on experience
Up to $15 monthly reimbursement for SSS
Up to $15 Monthly reimbursement for PhilHealth
