Job Description:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to selecting the right candidates. You’ll work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure we are attracting and selecting top talent aligned with our mission and values.


Responsibilities:
-Talent Sourcing: Actively source and identify qualified candidates across various platforms, including social media and job fairs.
-Interviewing: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-Collaboration: Partner with team leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
-Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated pipeline of candidates and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Reporting: Analyze recruitment data and provide reports on performance metrics, such as time-to-hire and acceptance rates.


Qualifications:
-Bonus Points for previous experience in healthcare staffing
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Teamtailor, is preferred
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and internal teams
-Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
