Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Property Management Focus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with a focus on property management to support our executives and ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves managing correspondence, scheduling, property-related research, tenant and vendor coordination, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-sufficient, and available during UK working hours with excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management Support: Coordinate and manage various property management tasks, including tenant communication, vendor coordination, and compliance-related duties.
Executive Support: Provide essential support to executives, handling confidential information, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings related to property operations.
Inbox Management: Efficiently handle executives' inboxes, prioritize property-related
Calendar Management: Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and organizing property-related meetings and inspections.
Event Coordination and Management: Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person property-related events, managing all logistics effectively.
Online Research: Conduct detailed research on property-related topics, market trends, regulations, and best practices, providing comprehensive, organized information.
Tenant and Vendor Coordination: Liaise with tenants and vendors, assisting with inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, and managing property-related documents and follow-ups.
Multi-tasking and Delegation: Handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and delegate when necessary to ensure smooth property management operations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, particularly in property management or executive support.
• Advanced knowledge of inbox and calendar management specific to property management needs.
• Proficient in property management coordination, including tenant and vendor relations.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work during UK timezone working hours.
• A solid background in property management is strongly preferred.
